Bid Rejection The Road Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in any bid and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the commission. Minority Business Equal Opportunity To ensure that minority businesses have equal opportunity to compete for contracts and sell us their goods and services, the Road Commission administration publishes the request for sealed bids in the daily newspaper and, if appropriate, in trade journals.
